This policy explains what information the SOC app and the website streetoutcast.ai (together, "SOC") collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. SOC is operated by WELFORD BRO, LLC ("Streetoutcast", "we", "us").

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook or email, we receive your email address and, if you provide them, your name and profile photo. We use Facebook only for sign-in.
• Content you create. AI builds, your garage, photos you upload, events you RSVP to, and messages you posted in event chats.
• Location. Your ZIP code and its approximate location, used to show events near you. If you allow location access, your device uses it to sort nearby events; we don't upload your precise location. You can turn location access off in your device settings at any time.
• Notifications. A push notification token, so we can send you updates you've turned on.
• Purchases and subscriptions. Your subscription status and purchase history from Apple. We don't receive your payment card details.
• Car rental bookings. When you book a car rental, the name, email and phone number you enter, your booking details (such as dates, number of drivers, coaching and tires) and the payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't receive your full card number.
• How you found us. The link or promo code you used to get to SOC, and an identifier created by the app on your device, so we can tell which channels bring people to SOC.
• Usage information. If you are signed in, how you use the app (for example, which screens you view), together with your app version and device type. This information is linked to your account. We don't knowingly collect it from users under 18.

We do not use your device's advertising identifier, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to run SOC: to create and secure your account, generate AI builds, show events near you, process rentals and subscriptions, send notifications you've turned on, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, understand which channels bring people to SOC, and improve the app.

3. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us run SOC, each receiving only what it needs:
  • Google (Firebase and Google Cloud): hosts our app and data, so it processes the information described in Section 1 on our behalf, including sign-in, storage, notifications and usage information.
  • Google Analytics: usage information, your app version and device type, and an app identifier, only for signed-in users.
  • Facebook: only if you choose to sign in with Facebook, to verify your sign-in.
  • Apple: handles subscription purchases and tells us your subscription status.
  • Stripe: processes car rental payments, and receives the booking and payment details you enter at checkout.
  • AI and search providers we use to generate build recommendations: your car, build details and any build preferences you type in, not your name, email or other account information. Text you submit is sent to these providers to be processed.
• Partner schools and event organizers that provide the cars, coaching or venue for your rental or event registration. We share the name, email and phone number you enter, plus your booking details (event, dates, car type, drivers, coaching), with them only to complete your booking.
• Others when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and others.

4. How long we keep information

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we begin deleting your personal information: some of it is removed right away, and the rest is removed as our deletion process completes. We keep only limited records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons, such as payment and car rental booking records. Usage information linked to your account is deleted or automatically expires within 2 months.

5. Your choices

• Delete your account in the app under Settings. This removes your account and personal information as described above.
• Turn off location or notifications in your device settings.
• Ask us to access or correct your information by emailing support@streetoutcast.ai.

6. Children and teens

SOC is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a user is between 13 and 17, we turn off in-app analytics on their account.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date above.
